This Sturtevant, Wisconson building received its LEED for Existing Buildings
(LEED-EB) Gold certification in 2004. It's the first combined global company
headquarters and comprehensive chemical research & development laboratory
to receive LEED-EB certification.
The building was originally built in 1997. The LEED-EB renovation of
the building provides substantial ongoing tenant, operations and maintenance
benefits. For example, energy-efficiency measures reduced energy costs
by more than $90,000 per year.
